Elizabeth's 3rd Contract and Journey with Hestia: A Story of Success and Trust

Today, we are thrilled to share the inspiring story of one of our community members, Elizabeth, who has successfully secured her third contract with us. Elizabeth’s Journey with Hestia

Elizabeth first discovered Hestia when she was searching for a reliable and high-quality rental solution for her mid-term housing needs. As a Realtor and investor frequently on the move, she joined the free database at CRUHomes in hopes to being matched with the right B2B contract.

She was lucky because within days, she was able to secure a contract for a 4 month booking allowing her to more than double her LTR rates with little effort as a host.

Securing the Second Contract

Feeling grateful about her initial experience, she added the rest of her mid term rentals to the database and within a few months, a construction crew was able to book another one of her homes for a two months stay with a different property.

Securing the Third Contract

The third contract came right in time. She was beginning to wonder if she would need to sell her investment property, as her the first home described above, had strict 30 day minimum HOA rules. With her being in the database, our team quickly found her home and matched her with an insurance displaced guest who started with a 2 month booking and eventually extended to 7 months before finally returning to her primary home.

We've invested in custom technology that allows us to quickly match inbound request for housing to the homes in our database. When a home matches, our homeowners will get a notification that there is a match within 5 miles or so. But the match is looking at location and bedroom count only. Many factors come into play when it comes to temporary housing including specific needs for school, school districts, pets, single story or ADA requests. I often refer to it like putting a puzzle together. All the pieces need to fit to make it happen.

Hestia’s Quality Assurance

Once the puzzle does come together, is when we send the inspection team to take a 200+ check of the home to ensure that the property functions, is well maintained, super clean and ready to welcome a guest for a long stay.  Quality assurance is at the core of our services, and we understand the importance of providing homes that meet the highest standards. This program ensures that every property under Hestia’s umbrella is thoroughly inspected and certified, giving clients peace of mind.
