Since you’ve joined our platform, we now have a way to find you and your property when the unexpected happens—like a flood, fire, or water damage. We can’t predict when those events will strike, but we can make sure you’re ready when they do.
To set you up for success, we’ve created a few key resources.
First, our Amenities Checklist.
This guide helps you level up from “short-term rental host” to an outstanding Hestia home. It walks you through the essential inventory and hospitality items that turn a house into a welcoming space. Second, our Private Home Inspection.
Before we move any client in, we send a certified third-party inspector to walk the property. This isn’t just a quick look—it’s a structured two-hour process designed to build trust with our corporate partners.
During the inspection, we:
– Confirm smooth access, like smart locks and keyless entry.
– Check safety features such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
– Test Wi-Fi and TV connectivity to make sure guests can plug in right away.
– Inspect plumbing, appliances, lighting, and HVAC to ensure everything works as expected.
– Review cleanliness and presentation so guests experience a seamless check-in.
This inspection mirrors the standards used by the corporate housing industry, ensuring that your property stands out as a reliable option for extended-stay bookings.

The Hestia Certification has evolved.
To ensure every Hestia home consistently meets the high expectations of today’s corporate and insurance clients, we’ve introduced a more rigorous qualification process.
The certification process has since expanded to include Standardized Quality Assurance. Properties are vetted in person, through a third-party process to ensure they meet specific criteria for cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, before a guest from CRUHomes moves in.
Hestia homes have:
