Condo association requires a signed lease and agreement to HOA property rules.Up to 2 can park per booking.To be respectful to the downstairs neighbor, no shoes in the condo.For pets, only certain dog breeds/animals/size allowed. Please reach out to verify. Well behaved pets (no excessive barking, scratching, potty issues) are allowed but guest must agree to not have them on the furniture, remain leashed outside the unit (the neighbor has cats), and pickup/dispose of pet waste directly in the outside dumpster.A starter kit is provided. Cleaning service during your stay is not provided, but I can recommend a service if you desire.
