Guest access
Guest will have access to everything except one locked closet we use for storage.
Other things to note
For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.
Please note that your reservation is pending until the above mentioned items are completed. Failure to complete the verification may result in the reservation being canceled per our house rules.

We have a doorbell outside the house but no doorbell inside the home.

Please notice that, unlike hotels, we do not supply daily cleaning, replace bedding/towels, or replenish toiletries. You will be provided with the following:

- Initial stock of dish soap.
- 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom.
- 1 roll of paper towels.
- 1 shampoo and 1 body wash bottle per bathroom.
- Initial stock of hand soap.
- One bed sheet set per bed.
- One towel set per guest allowed (Bath hand towel & washcloth)

We do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. This includes third-party bookings made through the Airbnb Experiences platform.
Any guest who attempts to host or bring an Airbnb-related Service or Experience onto the premises without our prior written approval will have their reservation cancelled immediately, with no refund issued.
