Main Floor – Practical Comfort with a Warm Welcome Enter into a sunlit open-concept space where meals, laughter, and quiet mornings unfold. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with essentials—from a Keurig dual coffee maker and waffle iron to a full spice rack, kettle, and blender. Three bedrooms (one king, two queen) and a full bath with a tub/shower combination offer convenience and calm after travel days or city adventures. Each of the 4 bedrooms in the house is outfitted with plush memory foam mattresses and a Roku TV

Lower Level – The Fun Zone The basement isn’t just extra space—it’s where memories are made. A 4th bedroom, beautiful bathroom and a large, open rec room ensure that you have the space you want. Gather on the cozy sectional for movie night with a 65” smart TV, there is a poker table, dart board and foosball to pass the time. A washer/dryer make extended stays easy.

Our home is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay:
A kitchen full of cookware, utensils, a dual Keurig coffee maker, and small appliances like a double-waffle maker and blender. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hypoallergenic toiletries. Smart TVs in every bedroom and a spacious 65" TV in the TV room (all set to guest mode for your streaming needs). Games, books, and a desk for work or play. Step outside to enjoy our private backyard.

We sometimes get asked if this home is in a safe neighborhood. Based on our experiences in the area and with the neighbors, and based on feedback from multiple guests, we do feel comfortable suggesting this is a safe residential neighborhood to stay in.

PETS:
This home is pet friendly and you may bring your pet along. We have a dog crate and feeding station and provide a small supply of disposal baggies for outdoors. We do expect you to clean up after it. If your pet must be left behind as you venture out then it must be crated. You are responsible for damage caused by your pet.
