The host may access the outdoor area only when reasonably necessary for maintenance, guest assistance or an emergency. • Guest entry and the dedicated parking space are accessed from the alley behind the property. • The original clawfoot tub requires stepping over a high side and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. • The cottage is cooled by a window air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and portable fans. Central heat is provided. • The sofa is for seating and is not a sleeper sofa. An air mattress is available upon advance request. • Dogs are permitted subject to the listing’s pet rules, limits and Airbnb pet-fee settings. All pets must be included on the reservation. • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cottage but permitted in the designated outdoor area.
