Guest access
Guests may access all parts of the property except garage with given permission being that they need the EV charger OR the Gym equipment. The master closet is off limits and will be locked at all times. Guests may also have access to cleaning supplies under the sink but please use sparingly.
Other things to note
The thermostat is a Google Nest, to operate you tap the side and slide up and down. Toggle through to set to heat or cool, and then set desired temp. I have auto settings for when the house is empty to save energy. I can also change from my end via my phone if needed.
