Important Details
Pets: Up to 2 dogs (max 35 lbs each) allowed. $250/pet fee applies. We provide pet covers, bowls, and supplies. Note: Only dogs allowed; no heavy-shedding or high-activity breeds. Unauthorized pets incur a $350 fee.

Lease Terms & Fees:

Minimum Stay: 30 days.

Included: Utilities (water, electric, gas, trash, internet) with $300/mo cap; lawn & pest service.

Fees: $300 cleaning fee + $44 community/admin fee.
