The Tempe Desert Stay is located in the heart of Tempe and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office, a spacious gourmet kitchen, two dining areas, a cozy living room, and a perfect outdoor living space to entertain your whole group. Each bedroom offers new furniture and comfortable memory foam mattresses. The living room, master bedroom and the office offer smart Roku HDTVs. The spacious gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you need including GE Cafe range, oven, and refrigerator, plenty of counterspace, pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishwasher, filtered water/ice maker, Ninja air fryer/toaster oven combo, microwave, Nutribullet blender, rice maker, crock pot, Keurig coffee machine, and a selection of coffee and teas. The double slider door opens up to an expansive covered patio complete with cushioned hanging chairs, aluminum outdoor table with benches, and a comfortable love seat and chaise. There are also 4 loungers to enjoy the AZ sunshine. The perfect sized pool features a diving board to jump in and cool off. The built in BBQ allows for grilling a delicious meal at home. In the evenings, turn on the gas fire pit and enjoy the multicolor string lights with numerous settings conveniently controlled via remote. There is also a brand new washer/dryer for use during your stay. The front door has an electronic keypad. A personal code will be provided prior to check in. There is a two car garage available for guest use and plenty of street parking. The home is located in a super quiet and peaceful family oriented neighborhood. Please be mindful of neighboring guests and noise after hours. No cable TV, however all TVs at the home are smart Roku HDTVs which allow for streaming your favorite apps. There is a wireless HP printer and copier (located in the office) available for use during your stay. To print, just connect to the home's WiFi network. We offer high speed FIBER internet provided by Cox Cable throughout the entire home. The home offers a pool with a diving board on the deep end. The pool can be gated upon request.
