The main grounds are shared with other tenants but you will have your own patio and private entrance. The Cottage is decorated in mid century modern decor with its own private kitchen, bathroom, walk in closet, washer and dryer. You will have a seating area with TV and a comfortable Cal King bed. The space This is a modern studio cottage that includes a kitchen, Cal King bed, desk, seating area, bathroom with shower, washer and dryer and patio area with BBQ. Guest access Private entrance and patio. Full access to the cottage — kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer. Smart lock self check-in. Other things to note There are motion sensors and camera's at the front of the property on the exterior only for security of the home and to help prevent unauthorized parties or guests. There are no cameras inside the cottage for your comfort and privacy. If you break any of the rules listed you may be asked to leave.
