PETS: Pet Fee: $250 Prior Approval Required: We welcome pets with prior approval. Please inform us about your pet in your initial message. Additional Cleaning Fee: If there are any damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we will impose an additional $200 cleaning fee. Crating Your Pet: If you're away from the home, we ask that you crate your pet. Maximum Pets Allowed: We accept a maximum of two dogs. Pet Penalty: If pets are brought without prior approval, there will be a $300 penalty.
