For those bringing pets, please note there is no fenced back yard and only a small side lawn. You will want to walk the pets in the neighborhood (safe) or visit one of the many lovely parks nearby, and take a bag with you to pick up after them. Extra plastic grocery bags are located in the upper kitchen cabinets should you need one.
