The space

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The layout is perfect for a group of six. The house is on an acre lot. We pride ourselves in accommodating your stay with towels, linens, shampoo, etc. We also have snacks for your enjoyment. Included is a soccer ball, kick ball, football, cones and a volleyball set in the shed available for you to enjoy. There are two hammocks with lights in the front yard. HIGH SPEED INTERNET.

There is an EV 50amp RV hookup available upon request for an additional fee.

This is a home near the woods. You may or may not see wildlife such as elk, deer and coyotes.

Unfortunately the deck is out of service as it is under remodel. You are able to use the table and benches in front of the home.

Guest access

You have access to the entire home except the closet in the kitchen, barn, deck at the moment and the locked shed. You have access to the shed with no lock on it. There are sport balls, cones, a volleyball net along with the volleyball and pump.

By making a reservation you agree and declare that you have a home. You agree that you're declaring or your intention or your purpose for your stay is for transient purposes only. You agree that there is no intention to establish a landlord and tenant relationship but an owner and guest relationship.
