Welcome to Laguna Breezes Your prime location for relaxing, fishing – boat or kayaking, a variety of water spots – windsurfing, kiting, paddleboarding or just enjoying the Corpus Christi area with all it has to offer.

There is a 360 degree wraparound deck to enjoy the views, the breezes, the wildlife, sunrises & sunsets. Truly meant for outdoor living and entertaining.

Additionally, outside there is an abundance of space underneath the house to enjoy the cool breezes in the hot summer months. Ample parking for trucks, boats, and trailers. Picnic tables, ping pong table, corn hall and darts.

Clearance under the house up to 7ft, 8 inches. A gated yard for privacy and security

Inside enjoy a large open concept - living, dining, kitchen area. Abundance of windows with so much natural light. 3 bed/2 full baths. All the comforts of home.

There is a queen-size pull-out couch in the main living area.

There are shades on all the windows and room darkening curtains in all the bedrooms.

Keyless entry located on back door. You will be assigned your own code after your registration. Self-check-in, outside nest doorbell, exterior motion detector/camera outside in back driveway. Dusk to dawn lighting on back deck.

Spectrum Internet (no cable) Each room has a smart TV/ ROKU/YoutubeTV – log in for your personal streaming service accounts or simply enjoy YouTube TV and all that it offers.

We will accept you into our home with your well behaved pet, however our insurance does not cover all breeds. Please reach out if you are interested in our home and we can discuss your needs with your pet. We do have a completely fenced in yard for your pet.

This is a "stilt' home with living space a flight of stairs up. YOU MUST BE CAPABLE AND WILLING TO CLIMB A FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO ENTER THE HOUSE. THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS OR LIFTS OF ANY KIND

Although our address is on Laguna Shores--entry is through the back door – off of Marlin St. The property faces front on Laguna Shores Road yet there is no entrance or parking allowed on Laguna Shores Rd. The back of the property sits on Marlin St with entry into the property. Access Marlin St from either Yorktown or Rex off of Laguna Shores Road.

You will be provided with your own private code for entry on a Keyless entry door lock on the back door. [ The Marlin St side of the home]
