The home belongs to Steve & Maya, who are away on a university fellowship for 10 months. Stephanie, your co-host and neighbor, is here to ensure a smooth stay. Quiet, family-friendly community with driveway parking. Pet friendly — cats and dogs welcome. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home (excluding one storage room), backyard, pool, and all amenities. The garage is available for managing trash and recycling, though it also contains some of the owner’s stored belongings. Check-in is easy with a smart lock on the front door, and no areas are shared with others. Other things to note 🔇 This is a quiet community—please help us keep things peaceful for the neighbors. 🚫 No parties or large gatherings. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Only registered guests are allowed at the property. 🔞 Primary guest must be 25+ with positive reviews. 🌱 Weekly lawn and pool service is provided and requires access to the backyard during daytime hours. 🚭 No smoking is permitted inside the home or on the Property at any time. For Stays of 30+ Days: 📋 Guests will be asked to complete our secure Guest Portal after booking, which includes ID verification, a rental agreement, and a refundable security deposit. 💡 Utilities are included up to normal use (around $500/month), with a cap of $575/month. Any excess will be billed separately. 🧹 A professional cleaning is required every 30 days for extended stays. 🏡 This property is offered for temporary lodging only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
