There are four bedrooms for you to enjoy, enough beds and bedding for you and up to 13 of your favorite friends, and you have full access to the entire house, kitchen, dining room, great room, and bistro room—plenty of parking. note: 4th bedroom, bonus room is between two houses. we open it up for larger parties on either side on a 1st come first serve basis. parties 7 or more. please inquire before booking
Other things to note
We enjoy a whole house fan so if you arrive and it's too warm, as the A/C kicks in, turn it on for a few minutes (It's located on the hallway wall as you walk in, to the left and towards the bedrooms), you turn the dial to the right with the doors cracked open and it will kick all the heat up and out of the house. In minutes you will feel the difference!
