Whether you’re relocating to Fort Campbell, visiting family, or in between homes, this space offers comfort, stability, and room to truly settle in as a home away from home. Designed for longer stays but welcoming short visits, this home has plenty of room for gathering, kids entertainment and fenced in yard with an outdoor fire pit where service, family, and connection come first.
The space
I’ve spent my life constantly moving and traveling, and my dad is a retired veteran so creating this home felt full circle. It’s my way of honoring the military community and the families who support it with a space that feels warm, intentional, and genuinely welcoming.

✓ Kid-friendly bunk room with two full-size bunks (sleeps up to 4 kids or couples) with a Big Joe beanbag chair, reading nook for quiet time or bedtime stories, and games to keep kids entertained
✓ Third bedroom ideal for adults or flexible sleeping
✓ Firepit for s’mores nights and storytelling (wood not provided, available locally)

Guest access
Guest has access to the entire home including the two car garage. The only area not accessible is the two attics and crawl space under the home.
Other things to note
Ideal For Longer Stays
We specialize in mid-term stays (3 weeks–6 months) and are especially well-suited for:
✓ Military relocation / PCS or transition stays
✓ Families waiting on housing or closing on a home
✓ Guests who are in between homes due to insurance repairs or renovations
✓ Corporate contractors or extended work assignments

Short-term stays are welcome as well, especially for family visits, graduations, ceremonies, and events.

A Few Important Home Truths

Please read before booking:
✓ The backyard is still a work in progress and can be muddy after rain while landscaping is being reseeded. There are natural drop-offs at the back of the yard so please supervise children.
✓ Outdoor grill and additional seating will be added Spring/Summer 2026.
✓ We are very close to Fort Campbell. You may hear training booms or see/hear military aircraft overhead.
✓ There is a nearby local airport and plane noise throughout the day is normal.
✓ This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors.
House Rules (Strictly Enforced):
✓ Absolutely NO parties or events (Violation = immediate eviction, no refund, $500+ fine)
✓ No smoking of any kind inside (Violation = $500+ fine)
✓ Up to 4 vehicles
✓ Exterior Ring cameras for guest safety (full privacy inside the home)

For stays over 30 nights, bi-weekly cleaning is required at $150 per cleaning to ensure the home stays fresh and comfortable for everyone.
