• Must be at least 1 year old.

• By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.

• Host retains the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive to the neighborhood, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations.

• $125 pet fee per pet.

• Undisclosed pets will be an automatic $500 charge.

•Report any injuries, damages or complaints to us right away.
