This unique space, has a gated entrance, and its own private patio, BBQ lounge area, that is a perfect retreat.
Our home is ideal for an extended stay, as it was built with comfort and thought in mind.
Whether you're here for business or leisure, enjoy the convenience of being close to local restaurants, just 2 miles from the NoHo West, and within a short drive to Studio City, Burbank, and more!

The space
The Space:

Size: 500 sq. ft. with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom

Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen with a standard stove, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, Phillips air fryer, and reverse osmosis water filtration system.

Living Area: Relax in front of a 65" flat-screen Smart TV in the bedroom or living room, perfect for streaming Netflix and more.

Bathroom: Includes a rainfall shower for a refreshing experience.

Sleeping Arrangements: King-size bed in the bedroom, with a crib available upon request for infants.

Private Outdoor Area:
Enjoy a private terrace with an outdoor seating area, a fire pit lounge, and a BBQ grill—ideal for relaxing evenings after a day of sightseeing.

Privacy & Access:
The home is entirely private, with only one shared wall with the main house. It has a separate entrance and a private terrace, offering a peaceful and quiet setting.
Guests have easy access to the property via a smart key, and check-in instructions will be provided after booking.

Location:
Conveniently located near local markets, restaurants, and attractions. This home is a great alternative to apartment rentals and places you close to popular SoCal destinations, including Hollywood, Malibu, Downtown LA, and nearby studios.

Parking: Free, unrestricted street parking is available in front of the home.

Public Transportation: The property is about 2 miles from the Metro Orange Line and 10 minutes from the North Hollywood Metro Station (Red Line), which provides easy access to Hollywood and Downtown LA.

House Rules:
We ask that guests respect our home and belongings with care. Kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

-No shoes on furniture.
-Keep noise to a minimum to be courteous to neighbors.
-Turn off outdoor lights before going to bed.
-Do not place rolling suitcases on furniture or surfaces that can be damaged.
-Always use coasters and placemats to protect furniture.
-No smoking indoors.
-Do not leave candles or open flames unattended.
-When leaving the property, please turn off all lights, heating/cooling units.
-Clean up any spills promptly using the provided cleaning materials.

Additional Info:

Guest Limit: Maximum of 2 adults and 1 infant. Additional guests or parties will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Mid-Term Rentals: Starter supplies (shampoo, body wash, paper towels, etc.) are provided, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional items.

Late Check-In/Out: If you need a later check-in or check-out, please ask, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Is the entire unit just for us?
A: Yes! The unit is private with only one shared wall. You’ll have full access to the space with no shared areas.

Q: Do you provide linens?
A: Yes! All linens, including bed sheets, blankets, and towels, are provided.

Q: Can we check in late or check out early?
A: Yes! Our home is a private space, so you can come and go at your convenience without disturbing anyone.

Q: How far is this from LAX?
A: 24 miles (38 km) from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), but due to heavy traffic, we recommend allowing extra time for travel.

Guest access
Guest will access the home via a private gate, with a private entry code. Once on the property, the front yard will be your private oasis. You will access the front door via another personal entry code.

Other things to note
The home is located on a private residential street, with plenty of street parking.

If you or any guests leave a personal item or request shipment, there will be a $50 errand fee to compensate for travel time and gas, as well as any shipping fees. Errand fee must be paid prior to us shipping.
