Step inside and feel right at home! As you walk through the front door, you’ll be greeted by the spacious living room. The open-concept layout leads your eyes straight through to the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining and spending quality time together.

Unwind after a day of exploring with your favorite show or movie on our SMART HD TV. We provide access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and HBO! (Feel free to log into any other services using your personal account.)

Whether you're whipping up a homemade meal or ordering from one of Phoenix’s incredible local restaurants, our kitchen has you covered:

10 Keurig pods + tea bags, creamer, sugar

Extra lightbulbs (under the kitchen sink)

🐾 Pet Policy – Read Carefully
We are pet-friendly, with some guidelines to keep things comfortable for everyone:

Pet Fee: $300

Maximum: 2 dogs

Crating: Required if pets are left unattended

Approval: Please mention pets in your initial message to receive prior approval

Unauthorized Pets: $300 penalty

Damage/Cleaning Fee: $200 additional fee may apply for any damage or excessive pet-related cleaning needs

Phoenix is a pet-loving city with lots of places for your furry friends to explore!
Guest access
Guest Access
You’ll have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool during your stay. While the backyard is secured with a wooden privacy fence, please note there is no enclosure around the pool area. If you’re visiting with children or using the pool, you do so at your own risk.

Parking
There is plenty of parking available with space for up to four vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking can be found on the street, both on the front (east side) and south side of the house.

Enjoy the convenience of self-check-in! Detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Welcome to our home! We want you to have a wonderful and comfortable stay, so please take a moment to review our house rules.

STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect as your own. Any parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In: After 4:00 PM

Check-Out: By 11:00 AM

Please stick to these times to allow us to prepare the home for the next guests.

Shoes Off, Please
To keep the home clean, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the house.

Non-Smoking & Drug-Free Home
This is a non-smoking and drug-free property. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, vapes, marijuana, or any other substances is strictly prohibited inside and outside the house.

Smoking Fee: $500 fee if smoking is detected.

Security Cameras
For your safety and to protect the property, we have exterior security cameras at the front and back of the house, as well as around the pool area.

Important: Tampering with or covering the cameras is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

Quiet Hours
Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Additional Fees
A $500 fee will be charged for any unauthorized parties or damage to the property.
