The open-concept layout leads your eyes straight through to the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining and spending quality time together. 🛋️ Living Room Unwind after a day of exploring with your favorite show or movie on our SMART HD TV. We provide access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and HBO! We provide: Laundry detergent Dryer sheets 🧼 Included Starter Supplies We provide basic starter amenities to get you going: Paper towels (1 roll) Dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent Trash can liners (kitchen & bathrooms) Hand soap, shampoo & body wash in each bathroom 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 10 Keurig pods + tea bags, creamer, sugar Extra lightbulbs (under the kitchen sink) Note: For longer stays, you may need to restock some items. 🐾 Pet Policy – Read Carefully We are pet-friendly, with some guidelines to keep things comfortable for everyone: Pet Fee: $300 Maximum: 2 dogs Crating: Required if pets are left unattended Approval: Please mention pets in your initial message to receive prior approval Unauthorized Pets: $300 penalty Damage/Cleaning Fee: $200 additional fee may apply for any damage or excessive pet-related cleaning needs Phoenix is a pet-loving city with lots of places for your furry friends to explore!
