Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. *Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request and can only be activated during daytime hours; heating is not permitted at night. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all times. You also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. *Monthly rate is for 6 months or more. For terms under 6 months, the rate may vary*
