1 assign parking behind the property and will not fit a pickup truck. Street parking is ok but can be hard to find late at night.
*There is no backyard.

WASHER & DRYER
*Laundry room is shared with 2 other units. Washer and dryer take quarters. $2.00 per wash. $.1.25 per dry. Located on the side of the building.

SMOKING:
No smoking inside or on the premises this includes vaping. Go to the street. Discard the extinguished cigarette butts in the trash. Do not litter.

Due to being a multifamily home there is a potential for noise.
