Primary bedroom - King size bed suitable for 2 people, flat screen TV. Master bathroom has a separate walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedroom Two - Queen size bed suitable for 2 people, flat screen TV. A full bathroom has a shower. Bedroom Three - Queen size bed suitable for 2 people. Bedroom Four - Queen size bed suitable for 2 people and a Twin bed suitable for 1 person. Bedrooms Three and Four share a full bathroom with a shower. In addition to 4 bedrooms, there is a living room with a pull out couch for 2 people. High-speed wifi is available throughout the house and yard. There is a Nest AC/Heating unit. The driveway has room for two cars and there is also ample free street parking. The pool is not heated unless a prior request is made. There is an additional charge for heating the pool: $100/day of guest booking (the pool will not be heated if pool water temperature is below 65 degrees or the outdoor temperature is below 60 degrees). Gameroom is play at your own risk!! Our house is located at 2176 Coldwater Canyon Dr, 90210 Beverly Hills. You can get there from Beverly Hills or from the valley.
